Equipment Distribution to the RAC Sector Continues

As part of the ongoing work of the National Ozone Unit equipment distribution continues through the phase-out programme funded by the Montreal Protocol. This will assist technicians in the Refrigeration and Air Conditioning Field to achieve the goal of practicing good refrigeration practices.

Ozone Awareness at the SAGHS Valentine Marketplace

The National Ozone Unit was happy to accept the invitation of the Alumnae of the St. Augustine Girls High School to be part of their Valentine Marketplace.  Observing strict COVID 19 Protocol, the NOU used the opportunity to raise awareness regarding the need to protect the earth's natural UV Shield, the Ozone Layer.

The National Ozone Unit at the Radiant Health Festival

 The National Ozone Unit was happy to be part of the Radiant Health Festival at the Green Market Santa Cruz on January 30 2021. Several items to raise awareness on ozone depletion and its effect on skin health were distributed.  Information was also incorporated into the key note address delivered by Dr. Safeeya Mohammed.
