As work continues in implementation of the Global Environmental Facility funded project Promoting Energy Efficiency in Refrigeration and Air Conditioning (RAC), discussions were held with Shepherd's Inn, Green T&T, the National Ozone Unit and the Project Management Unit to explore their possible collaboration in this project. The overall goal of this four year project is to create a sustained market change towards the adoption of low-carbon RAC technologies in Trinidad and Tobago, which will deliver multiple benefits at the local, regional and global levels. Implementation of this project is being facilitated by the United Nations Development Programme.
